mixed feelings about my stay

small room dysfunctional remote

the breakfast was adequate with both continental and english options.

My room was not what i expected. it was quite small and felt cramped. the tv remote barely worked. I couldn't adjust the volume at all..

Really good Canary Wharf Hotel Experience

seamless check-in nearby parking useful amenities excellent food

I appreciated the seamless check-in process and the option to leave my car parked nearby until 1 PM after checking out. This allowed time for a relaxed walk to the shopping center. The room included useful amenities like an ironing board. The on-site Indian restaurant provided excellent food and service even when I arrived close to closing time at 10 PM. I enjoyed the dining convenience. I also noticed that some guests were taking advantage of the steam room and sauna.

The room became quite warm, and the air conditioning seemed to turn off automatically after a period, a slight inconvenience.

friendly staff breakfast selection running air conditioning

the staff in the restaurant were very cute. the hotel is a short walk from the poplar docklands light railway station (convenient for travel). the breakfast selection was tasty and hot. i found the well placed air conditioning unit especially useful on a hot day.

the gym facilities were quite minimal.

A Wonderful Canary Wharf Experience!

amazing design comfy bed tasty breakfast

The design of the hotel is AMAZING!!! I really felt the hotel was well looked after. My bed was comfy. The staff were helpful. They responded quickly to any request, even those outside of their normal duties. I loved the cooked breakfast. It was very tasty with a nice variety.

friendly staff nice touch

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. they added a nice touch with balloons and confetti, after we mentioned our anniversary. the room was very spacious and clean. i found the bathroom to be well-appointed.

the elevator felt a bit slow! though it was functional.
