Really good Canary Wharf Hotel Experience

I appreciated the seamless check-in process and the option to leave my car parked nearby until 1 PM after checking out. This allowed time for a relaxed walk to the shopping center. The room included useful amenities like an ironing board. The on-site Indian restaurant provided excellent food and service even when I arrived close to closing time at 10 PM. I enjoyed the dining convenience. I also noticed that some guests were taking advantage of the steam room and sauna.

The room became quite warm, and the air conditioning seemed to turn off automatically after a period, a slight inconvenience.

the staff in the restaurant were very cute. the hotel is a short walk from the poplar docklands light railway station (convenient for travel). the breakfast selection was tasty and hot. i found the well placed air conditioning unit especially useful on a hot day.

A Wonderful Canary Wharf Experience!

The design of the hotel is AMAZING!!! I really felt the hotel was well looked after. My bed was comfy. The staff were helpful. They responded quickly to any request, even those outside of their normal duties. I loved the cooked breakfast. It was very tasty with a nice variety.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the balloons and confetti were a nice touch, as we mentioned it was our anniversary. there was no hassle at all . the hotel was really good for the occasion.

the hotel is a bit far from the city center though access is relatively easy with public transportation.
